COLLABORATIONS

We have collaborations with the following institutions in India and abroad.
Johns Hopkins University

Institute of Bioinformatics has a very effective collaboration with McKusick-Nathans Institute of Genetic Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA. Together, we have developed databases, used comparative genomics for genome analysis and also developed bioinformatics tools for data analysis. This model of collaboration was hailed by Nature Genetics in its editorial of April 2005.
