Cancer chemoprevention by natural compounds like phenolic, polyphenolic compounds, indoles and isothiocyanates in Chinese hamster lung fibroblast (V79) cells as well as in lymphocytes from healthy human donors
Potential of these compounds in induction of various antioxidant enzymes
Role of curcumin in modulating DNA damage in lymphocytes isolated from human population chronically exposed to arsenic in different districts of West Bengal
Role of curcumin in inducing enhanced repair activity in lymphocytes isolated from human population exposed to arsenic
Modulatory role of several plant products on tumor markers like telomerase (using TRAP assay), different isoforms of protein kinase C (PKC), NFkB, histone deacetylase, signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT) in tumor cell lines followed by induction of apoptosis in tumor cell lines
Sensitization and potentiation efficacy of natural compounds towards tumor cells apoptosis induced by conventional chemotherapeutic drugs
